R. Paul Guillerman is Professor of Radiology at the Baylor College of Medicine and Administrative Liaison for Academic Affairs in the Department of Radiology at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, Texas. His professional interests include pediatric chest imaging, CT technique optimization, and faculty development. He has given over 160 invited lectures at national and international meetings, co-authored over 100 medical journal articles and textbook chapters, and co-edited the latest edition of the Springer textbook Pediatric Chest Imaging. He has received Caffey Awards for best basic science and best clinical papers from the Society for Pediatric Radiology (SPR) and the Master Clinician Award for Excellence in Patient Care from Baylor College of Medicine. He currently serves as senior editor of the Pediatric Radiology section of the Academy of Online Radiology Education (ACORE), chair of the SPR Professionalism Committee, director of the Radiology Postgraduate Course for the International Congress of Pediatric Pulmonology (CIPP), and member of the Image Gently Steering Committee.
