Suresh K. Mukherji, chair of the Michigan State University Department of Radiology, also holds the Walter F. Patenge Endowed Chair. A recognized authority in head and neck and neuroradiology, his primary interests have been focused on investigating emerging metabolic and physiologic imaging techniques to evaluate head and neck cancer and to differentiate recurrent tumors from post-therapeutic changes in previously treated patients.
